Pencil Mason Jar Cover Free Crochet Pattern

Materials & Tools:
* H Hook Joann's or Amazon 

* Worsted Weight Yarn in Colors of your choice

        Big Twist Value or I Love this Yarn
          I used Black, Beige, Yellow, Gray & Lt. Pink

* Tapestry needle Joann's or Amazon 

Stitches:
Sl st – Slip Stitch
MC – Magic Circle
St – Stitch
Ch - Chain
Hdc – Half Double Crochet
Hdc2tog – Half double crochet 2 together

Pattern: H Hook (Start with Black color)
Make 10 Hdc in MC, sl st, Ch 1 (10)

Round 2: Make 2 Hdc in each st, sl st, Ch 1 (20)
Round 3: *Make Hdc in 1st st, 2 Hdc in next st*, Repeat, sl st, ch 1 (30)
Round 4-5: Hdc in each st, sl st, ch 1 (30)

Change color to Beige
Round 6-7: Hdc in each st, sl st, ch 1 (30)

Change Color to Yellow
Round 8-15: Hdc in each st, sl st, ch 1 (30)

Change color to Gray
Round 16-17: Hdc in each st, sl st, ch 1 (30) *Don’t fasten off yet, you will sl st after 1st row of pink*

Change to Pink
Round 18: Hdc in each st, sl st, ch 1 (30)
Round 19: *Hdc2tog, Hdc in next 4 sts*, repeat, sl st, ch 1 (25)
Round 20: Loosely slip stitch around
*Taking your gray yarn, sl st under the 1st row of pink and on 2
nd row of gray row**
Tie off and weave in ends
If you want, you can stitch the NO. 2 or leave it blank
