Stitches:

Ch = Chain

Sl St = Slip Stitch

Sc = Single Crochet

Puff Stitch = Yarn over insert hook - Repeat till you have 7 loops on hook. Yarn over and pull through all 7 loops

Crab Stitch (Backwards Sc) = Insert hook into stitch to the right. Pull up loop. Yarn over and pull through both loops on the hook. 

Pattern: With white or your choice of colored yarn

Chain 30 and sl st to 1st ch (30)

Round 1: Sc around

Round 2: All in 1st st (Puff Stitch, ch 1, Puff Stitch), skip next 2 sts, Repeat around

Round 3: Repeat row 2
